Between the weather and the many school events, Twitter is the "go to" means of instant communication. Additionally, if you "turn on notifications" for someone you follow -- the school tweets for example -- the tweets will pop up on your phone like a text.

If you need help setting up notifications on Twitter, I would start with your sons and daughters. They know every aspect of Twitter. If they are stumped, then send me an email at foland@cantonma.org

Term 3 Progress Reports

Friday, March 6 was the halfway point of the revised Term 3 schedule. Term 3 Progress Reports will be emailed home on Thursday, March 12. The Progress reports will likely say "see Edline reports"...If your son/daughter is struggling, there will be a comment in relation to a low grade.

 Why are the Progress Reports necessary? Why not just post Edline grade reports? The Progress Report comment serves as a "head's up" to parents about a student's problematic academic standing and it provides the school with a list of students who are at-risk of failing a course.

Term 3 ends: Thursday, April 9
Term 4 begins on Friday, April 10*
Senior Externships will start on Friday, April 10.

Even though weather-related events shifted the terms, Class of 2015 Senior activities and graduation dates will not change. Save the following dates:
