Internet Safety for Parents - Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. at CHS
The Canton Police Department presents "Internet Safety for Parents" on Thursday, Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. in the Canton High School Library.
- Topics will include the risks involved with improper internet usage, current trends and prevention tips.
- The presentation should last approximately 45 minutes and will be followed by a Q &A session.
- The event is open to ALL Parents in the community. Children will NOT be allowed to attend.

"notMykid" - Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. at CHS
The Canton Police Department presents "notMykid" on Tuesday, Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. in the Canton High School Library.
- "notMykid" is a 45 minute drug awareness presentation for parents of middle school students, with prevention in mind.
- The presentation will guide you through how to have a conversation with your child about drugs. The presentation is geared toward the education needs of all parents which is why it is called notMYkid, as all kids are affected by drugs and alcohol
- The event is open to ALL Parents in the community, primarily geared toward parents of middle school-aged children. Children will NOT be allowed to attend.
