CHS Student Art Work on Display at 5th Annual Massasoit Art Competition and Festival

Fichman, McMahon will be honored


Congratulations to Claire Fichman for earning a 2nd place award and Madaline McMahon scored an honorable mention in the 5th Annual Massasoit Art Competition and Festival.  (Their entries are pictured below.)

Art students from 10 surrounding communities compete in this event.

Their work, along with the artwork of 13 other CHS students artists, will be on display at the 5th Annual Massasoit Art Festival on Sunday May 19th from 10 - 5 pm

CHS encourages everyone to attend this event to see the student work but to also to engage in many family-oriented art activities. It is a terrific community event.

This event raises funds for the Visual Arts department and accomplishes its cultural mission by attracting artists and art patrons alike, while bringing awareness to our Fine Arts program.
