Welcome back, CHS.Moment of Silence
On Monday morning, during first period, we will have a moment of silence to honor the victims and heroes involved in the horrific Marathon bombings and the subsequent investigation and capture.
The tragic and emotional events made for a trying week -- we were all touched and deeply affected by this experience. But we can find solace in the great acts of heroism and kindness, and the unity and strength that emerged in Boston.
And we are so relieved that the many members of our Canton School community involved in the Marathon (either as runners or spectators) returned home safely. Additionally, we are so thankful to all of the law enforcement officers and federal agents who demonstrated such courage and poise to ensure our safety.
Counselors will be available all day to meet with students and staff who need support through this difficult time.
CAPT parent meeting rescheduled to Monday, April 29
Due to a scheduling conflict, the parent meeting for those interested in starting a Canton High School CAPT has been rescheduled to Monday, April 29, at 7 p.m., in the CHS Library. The meeting was originally scheduled for April 22.
