    The 2nd Annual
    Canton High School Showcase

    Thursday, October 23
    6:00-8:00 p.m.

    Canton High School
    Ignite Your Passion.

    Target audience:

All Middle School parents/guardians AND students and Grade 9 parents/guardians AND students. But really, anyone interested in learning more about Canton High School is invited.

The Canton High School Showcase is back! Have you heard about the CHS Showcase? You are cordially invited!

Be sure to attend this inspiring event that will "Ignite Your Passion."

CHS will host its second annual Canton High School Showcase for athletics, extra-curricular clubs, and performing/visual arts programs on Thursday, October 23, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., at Canton High School. All Middle School parents and students are invited and encouraged to attend. In particular, the CHS showcase will serve as the kick-off to many activities designed to help with the transition from 8th grade to 9th grade.

Instilling and showcasing Bulldog Pride, this exciting event will be a tremendous opportunity for parents and students to learn about Canton High School’s school culture and the many athletic teams, clubs and programs available to students.

Over 70 teams and/or groups will be represented at tables through the CHS gymnasium, and participants will have the chance to talk to coaches, captains, advisors and leaders in each group. There will be a ton of energy and passion because our students and staff feel so strongly about these programs and they can’t wait to meet the future – your sons and daughters.

Additionally, we will have music and light refreshments in the cafeteria, CHS link leaders will lead tours around the building and parents will have an opportunity to talk to the CHS administration and CHS parents.

The CHS Showcase will run as a drop-in event – you can attend at any point between 6:00-8:00 p.m. and move throughout the various attractions at your leisure. The entire CHS school community hopes you and your son/daughter can attend and experience Bulldog Pride and Canton High School at its best.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email CHS principal Derek Folan at foland@cantonma.org

The Edline reports, meanwhile, provide an approximate grade and the list of assessments used to derive the grade.

Parents....If you need help accessing Edline, please contact Doreen Shea at shead@cantonma.org.

Students...It is a great time to check in with teacher regarding your progress or any make-up work that needs to be completed. It's also a great time to spend some time afterschool in the library to get extra help or use the structured space to complete high-quality work.
